You know your limits best. All our tours come with a physical demand rating to help you decide how much is just enough for you.

Low:

You can’t say you really work out, but you’re in good shape and are relatively fit and you want to explore on your vacation. These tours are a light adventure suitable for most fitness levels, nothing too challenging.

Medium:

You enjoy a good move on a bike and feel comfortable while on the ride. You used to ride your bike on a regular basis, to commute to work, or just for fun.

High:

You are more active on a bike and you used to ride your bike on a weekly basis and are comfortable with rides of 1 day or more at a relatively strong pace.
